Measures taken at the Reception Desk

Entry will be limited to reception and the interpersonal safety distance of two metres will be maintained. The use of a mask is compulsory.
Direct contact will be limited by means of protective screens and the team will always attend to you with a mask.
External surfaces shall be cleaned and disinfected after each customer’s service.
Ice shall be provided by disinfecting in the common areas of the campsite and the restaurant.
It will be provided at check-in online because your stay at the reception is the minimum.
The keys of the accommodations will be disinfected before releasing them and their collection at the Reception will be done by only one person.
