    • 1. ACCESS TO SOLANA DEL SEGRE (SdS). It is exclusively reserved to the clients. Any other person will have to ask for authorisation at the Front Desk. Management holds the right of admission and, if necessary, it will expell those clients whose behaviour breaches the peace and harmony of the other campers, as well as those who do not respect the norms of coexistence, morality and decency in conformity with these rules and regulations. The bill holder will be liable for all actions imputable to him/her and his/her accompanying guests. An EXTRACT of these rules and regulations will be given to the guest upon his/her arrival. Checking in at SdS means their full acceptance.
    • 2. REGISTRATION. The client will take care of all of his/her registration formalities at the Front Desk upon his/her check in, and will have to mention each and every item subject to payment that he/she is going to introduce into the camping. The breach of these norms can be a valid enough reason to proceed with the expulsion of the client from the camping. Immediate notice must be given to the Front Desk with presentation of the check in registry copy by the client, in case of any variation from those items. If the client does not do so, the discounts under those concepts will not be deducted from the bill and the increase on the price due to those items will be charged to the client and added to the total base amount of the customer's stay at SdS on his/her bill, without prejudice to what has been stated hereby.
    • 3. SILENCE AND REST HOURS (24.00 h a 8.00 h). During the times of silence and rest, clients are requested to lower the volume of their stereos, televisions, etc., and to limit the use of any vehicles and to refrain form using them, as well as to cease playing outside the areas designed for this specific purpose. From midnight to 8am, silence will be an absolute must.
    • 4. BARBECUES. Barbecues are allowed within the camping sites between 12.00 h and 21.00 h, as long as they do not disturb the other campers and the weather conditions are appropriate. Lighting open fires at SdS and its surroundings is strictly forbidden .
    • 5. CAMPING SITES. The pitch which the clients chose, whether upon arrival or in case of later changes, must be immediately communicated to the Front Desk. Reception has the right to assign the pitch to be used by the clients during their stay at SdS. Instructions on how to settle correctly can only be given by the SdS staff. Occupying a different site from the one already chosen or assigned for your stay is strictly forbidden. For SAFETY reasons , clothes or linen cannot be hung between two trees or between any tree and your tent or caravan.
    • 6. VACANT ACCOMMODATION. Any accommodation remaining vacant without written consent from Management will be considered abandonned by its owner and therefore, it will be withdrawn by the SdS staff, who will be allowed to use it at their convenience and will be held harmless to any liability due to loss or damage of the tent or caravan.
    • 7. INSURANCE. Management holds harmless to any casual liability in case of theft, accident, damage or injuries to third parties. Likewise, it is not held responsible for damage caused by any kind of storms, fires, force majeure, etc. Valuables may be deposited in the Reception's safe.
    • 8. VISITS. People not staying at the SdS who come to visit friends and family will have to leave their vehicle in the parking at the entrance and proceed with the registration formalities at the Front Desk. They will be given a receipt which will have to be shown as they leave the premises or when asked by the camping staff during their visit. Visitors must pay the visitor's fee according to the applicable rates. Visiting hours are from 8:00 h to 20:00 h.
    • 9. SPORADIC STAYS. Bills will be charged entirely with all items and for all the family or group members accounting from the check-in date to the departure date of the mentioned family or group regardless of the frequency in which any member may stay at the camping.
    • 10. CHILDREN UNDER 16. They will only be admitted when accompanied by an adult who will be held responsible for the child. Parents or accompanying adults will be liable for any damage or accidents the children may cause during their stay. CHILDREN UNDER 10. They will only be admitted in the swimming pools and other facilities when accompanied by an adult who will vouch for any casual liability.
    • 11. PET regulations in caravans and tents. Insurance is mandatory. Pet owners must adopt the Generalitat's rules and regulations referring to pets and declare them at the SdS Reception. Pet owners must keep their animals on a leash AT ALL TIMES inside SdS, including within the camping pitch contracted. There are no pens specifically designed for pets to do their biological needs and therefore, Solana del Segre asks for special care in this matter since the lack of understanding of some owners have caused some problems and difficulties of coexistence. Relapsing into this kind of breach will lead to immediate expulsion of the pet from SdS. PETS ARE PROHIBITED IN any SdS' accommodation. Also, pets must no be unleashed or evacuate within SdS. Pets are not allowed in the sanitaries , swimming pools, supermarket, bar or restaurant. Under no circumstances may pets disturb their neighbours
    • 12. EXCESSIVE TV or stereo volume IS PROHIBITED.
    • 13. VEHICLE CIRCULATION. The maximum speed allowed in the camping is of 5 km/h. In order not to disturb the clients' rest, vehicles may not be driven inside SdS between 24.00 h and 8.00 h. Clients arriving or wishing to leave between those times, will have to leave their car at the parking lots next to the Reception. Unnecessary use of motor vehicles within the camping is not allowed.
    • 14. GAMES. In order to avoid disturbing the other clients, games are forbidden outside the areas specially designated for them. Race driving or dangerous riding of bikes, skateboards or any other type of vehicle is strictly prohibited, as well as their circulation after 21:00 h.
    • 15. WASTE WATER. Due to obvious reasons concerned with hygiene and the conservation of trees and plants, dumping waste water on the ground is prohibited. The use of the appropriate container designed for waste water is mandatory. Those containers must be emptied exclusively into the chemical toilets located in the sanitary blocks. RUBBISH. It must be dumped in the classified rubbish containers located at the entrance of SdS, thus contributing to to the cleanliness of the area.
    • 16. WATER SUPPLY. Water is drinkable in all the facilities, and it is of excellent quality coming from the municipal network. FOUNTAINS, KITCHEN SINKS AND WASH SINKS. The fountains are to be used for collecting water only. The kitchen sinks will only be used for washing dishes and kitchen utensils, and the wash sinks will be used for washing clothes only. You are requested to leave all facilities in perfect cleaning conditions. CAR WASHING is forbidden inside SdS.
    • 17. ELECTRICITY SUPPLY. Plugging anything with a non-suitable or a non-grounded device is forbidden. Management has the right to deny the electricity supply to clients whose installation is not in perfect conditions. Necessary accessories are for sale at the Reception. The doors to the electricity supply closets must be shut. The SdS electrician is the only person authorised to check on the electrical failures.
    • 18. BILL PAYMENT. Campers contracting a site must pay their bill preferably 24 hours prior to check-out. Clients staying in SdS bungalows must pay before checking-in. In order to proceed with their payment, clients must show the copy of their check-in registration. Any bill accounting for a stay which is longer than 30 days, must be paid monthly as partial payments. Clients with a season contract have specific individual clauses.
    • 19. NIGHT DEPARTURES. Clients wishing to leave before the camping's opening time (8.00 h) will leave their car at the parking lot next to the Reception before closing time the evening before (21.00 h) and will pay for their full stay, that is, until their departure date.
    • 20. DEPARTURES. Clients must leave the camping site before 12.00 h on their departure date. The site must be clean and tidy and in good condition. Clients must leave the apartments, log cabins and mobil-homes before 11.00 h on their departure date. However, the clients are allowed to stay within the camping until 17.00 h at the latest. During that time, their vehicle and camping equipment have to be kept in the parking space outside the barrier next to the Reception.
    • 21. USE OF THE CAMPING SITE. Clients may only have their caravan or tent and one vehicle or their motorhome within their camping site. The caravan installed in the site must be legally authorised to be hauled. SdS Management may move the mobile accommodation within the SdS camping in case of urgent need without the consent by the client for which he or she cannot make a claim. Users are responsible for keeping their site and belongings perfectly clean. Also, clients must keep their pitch free from any products susceptible of causing fire or damage to SdS and to other users. Stocking products of any kind under any accommodation is strictly prohibited. Kitchens and porches can only be made of fabric or soft plastic (not stiff). Camping sites can only be occupied up to the 60% of its total area and the remaining 40% must be free from any occupation except for your car. ELECTRICAL AND GAS INSTALLATIONS. Clients are held liable with regard to carrying out the applicable rules and regulations concerning the accommodation's electrical and gas installations at all times. Likewise, customers must keep the propane cylinders locked and out of reach from children. Users are committed not to install any items that are not appropriate to the activity of SdS in their site. Terres fora del “avancé” com tarimes, plàstics o gespa artificial. Wàter i/o dutxa fora de la caravana. · Cuina d'instal·lació fixa de fusta o metall. Poden utilitzar les existents en el mercat de lona o plàstic no rígid. · El mobiliari exterior que no sigui de resina o tipus càmping, queda totalment prohibit. · Els testos i altres ornaments de jardineria, com poden ser “nanets, llums decoratives, tanques, reixes, portes” o qualsevol altre element característic de llocs residencials i no de càmping. · Qualsevol element penjat dels arbres como cordes,gàbies, testos, hamaques. · Efectuar qualsevol classe d'obra fixa a la parcel·la, encara que sigui moridora. · No esta permès l'ús de aparells d'aire condicionat o similars. SdS farà periòdicament visites a la parcel·la i en el cas d'existir a la parcel·la algun element que expressament estigui prohibit, la direcció de SdS procedirà a la seva retirada, sense avis previ i sense que el propietari pugui reclamar per cap concepte. Les despeses que això comporti seran per compte del propietari.
    • 22. The existence of any goods belonging to the clients, their families or visitors inside SdS does not mean they are left in storage to the custody of SdS. Therefore, neither SdS nor its Management holds liable with regard to their loss, deterioration or any other possible damage. Consequently, SdS holds harmless to the loss or theft of any clients' goods, as well as to any other material damage or personal injury caused to the clients, their families or visitors within SdS if the case may be. As a result of this, it is required from the clients to take good care of their belongings at all times and to adopt all of the necessary measures accordingly. SdS recommends, among other suggestions, to hold an insurance policy for the theft of their accommodation. Clients will always be held responsible for the damage or injuries of any kind caused to third parties or any real estate or personal property located within SdS, whether they may be caused by the clients themselves, their families, visitors or pets belonging to any of the mentioned herewith.
    • 23. DATA PROTECTION ACT. SdS will gather personnal data from the Client and, if the case may be, from his or her Family members (“Personal Data ”) and will include them in the files, property of SdS, and for which SdS will be held liable. The compilation and treatment of Personal Data, performed by SdS or any third parties on its behalf, has the aim to keep the agreement the Client may have with SdS, and its proper management, administration, benefit, extension and improvement of the services offered by SdS, and their adaptation to the likes and preferences of the Clients, as well as to send to them, by mail or email, some commercial information about the services that SdS offers and plans to offer in the future. SdS will not facilitate any Personal Data to third parties without the previous and express consent of the refered person. SdS or, if the case may be, any third parties dealing with Personal Data on behlaf of SdS, have adopted the legally required Data Protection measures and levels. The Client and other people with access to SdS as a consequence of this agreement, have all the rights of, and therefore may proceed with the following, access, cancellation, correction and oposition by contacting SdS by email at info@solanadelsegre.com or by phone.
    • 24. SWIMMING POOL. Users are not to run around the swimming pool. Clients may not enter inflating items (balls, matresses, etc...), except for rubber rings. Neither may users eat in the swimming pool area, play games or do sport around the swimming pool, enter the area with pets, nor enter it violently. Entering or exiting the swimming pool must be done up and down the ladders. Children under 14 may not enter without an adult. Users may not smoke or drink alcohol within the swimming pool area. Littering is not allowed, clients may always use the litter bins and containers provided for this purpose. Outdoor swimming pool open from 1 July to 2 September. Indoor swimming pool closed during the summer months, the use of a swimming cap is mandatory here.
